Horrible Encounter – Very poor Customer support and Defective Merchandise I'm very discouraged with my working experience. The in-shop personnel have been unhelpful and, frankly, rude. When I attempted to solve the issue by getting in contact with the corporate assist line, I hardly ever received a callback. Every time I called, I used to be
